Traditional Chinese massage therapist, professionally trained and experienced in delivering expert traditional Chinese massage (TCM), Tui-Na. I am also a lifelong yoga practitioner. I deliver my own style of massage to you by incorporating other Eastern and Western massage styles aided by active and passive yoga techniques to ease tension, promote relaxation, encourage flexibility, and renew balance to your body and mind. I tailor my massage service to your preferences. Alternatively, if you have no specific massage preferences, I will massage you with my own style, guided by how I feel you react under my hands. Some Specifics

My private massage studio is in central London, minutes from either Warren Street or Great Portland Street Stations. I do traditional Chinese Tui-Na floor-based massage on a firm futon with clean cover. Floor based massage, as opposed to tabletop massage, allows me to leverage my weight and offer different body positions to provide just the right amount of stress relieving pressure at the right angles to deliver the best massage experience to my clients.

Nice warm shower, fresh fluffy towels and toiletries provided.

Hygiene and cleanliness were always important to me and my clients, especially now during COVID times. Massage and shower areas cleaned after every client. Please do not book with me if you have COVID symptoms.

Deep Tissue Massage — more intense than my Swedish massage, this deep tissue massage is for repairing certain areas of the body. This technique breaks up knots and releases connective tissue to restore muscle balance, restore natural movement and improve blood flow. The improved blood flow reduces inflammation and relieves pain.

Sports Massage — Loosen your muscles, improve flexibility (I can help you stretch), and increase blood circulation before or after an event or workout. ** The distraction/push/pull principles of Chinese massage - Tui-na is great at loosening muscles and improving flexibility. (You will love it).

Trigger Point Therapy — Applying pressure, sometimes with the use of props or tools, to relax tender muscle tissue considered “trigger points,” (knots, lumps, or muscle fibers causing pain). **This trigger point therapy is a massage principle that really makes Chinese massage, Tui-na, much different from other eastern or western massage techniques.
